CCM Company Overview
In 1980 Cascade Computer Maintenance, Inc. (CCM) was founded in Salem Oregon and has experienced steady growth through its commitment to quality service and support. CCM has grown into a company with strong annual sales which employs a staff of over fifty (50) skilled technicians and administrative staff deployed in nine (9) locations throughout Oregon and Washington. In addition to A+ and warranty certifications CCM is designated a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider, and SCO UNIX Authorized Partner. Our service and support base extends to both government agencies and commercial clients throughout Oregon and Washington.
CCM has been awarded both the States of Washington and Oregon IT infrastructure support and service contracts and has maintained them for over ten years and counting. Through our State contracts, CCM has worked with many large government agencies; including the Oregon Department of Transportation and Washington’s Administrative Office of the Courts. CCM covers thousands of pieces of equipment over broad geographic regions for our agency clients. In addition to larger agencies, CCM works with over one-hundred Northwest city governments and various other Northwest agencies.
In the commercial arena CCM excels at serving a variety of businesses both large and small. As a full service IT infrastructure support firm, CCM is engineered to provide critical and cost effective services that help support a client’s business. Many clients outsource all their IT needs to CCM; leveraging CCM’s skills and resources on a full time basis. Others utilize our talents to support and backup their internal IT departments by helping out with large projects or time sensitive equipment failures.
