State of Oregon
CCM has maintained the State of Oregon On-Site Repairs (Labor And Materials) Service Contract For Microcomputers, Notebooks, Servers, and Peripherals for eight (8) years and counting. CCM has gained valuable experience and expertise regarding the specific needs of Agencies while working with nearly all of the State's Agencies including Transportation, Employment, Secretary of State, and Revenue departments. We excel at serving our state clients and have structured our company and tailored our services specifically for state and local governments.

State of Washington
Six (6) years ago CCM was awarded and has successfully maintained the Washington State DIS Support and Maintenance Service Master Contract for Information Technology. In August of 2002 CCM was awarded that same contract for another six (6) years. Through that contract CCM delivers service excellence to the Washington State Department of Licensing, Administrator of the Courts for Washington and a variety of other agencies. We have built the Northwest's finest maintenance firm through our commitment to delivering service excellence to our valuable agency and commercial clients.

City Governments
In addition to the agencies mentioned above, CCM works with over thirty (30) Northwest city governments. CCM currently covers over eighteen thousand (18,000) client owned hardware units under contracted maintenance services (CMS) and has over ninety-five thousand (95,000) hardware units being tracked in our system covered under our planned care services.
